I used to be a bodybuilder for many years, squats and lunges ARE perfect for the glutes for sure, I just thought I would run a thought passed you. The hamstring runs up to meet the glute and tie in, have you thought about adding this to ur routine.....
Leg Curl 1x16 reps<--warmup set
Stiff legged deadlifts 4x ?kg (All triple drop sets)
Leg Curl 4x ?kg
Stiff Legged deadlifts 6x ?kg
Leg Curl 6x ?kg (All super sets)
Stiff legged deadlifts 8x ?kg
Leg curl 8x ?kg
And finish with 1set of reverse Leg Curl on situp board 8 x reps
I was known for my leg/glute developement big time!
