OK, this is definitely a little out there but WTF I am curious and I need a woman's perspective. This isn't something you can bring up around the water cooler at work.

Here's the deal. In daily life, I'd have to say I do pretty much average with women. Not bad, just average. But believe it or not, I am really popular in strip clubs - I hook up with dancers all the time. WTF?

It sounds to me like your confidence is more at a strip club. Maybe you exude a more open demeanor that you don't feel at the water cooler at work. Attraction is a lot about how you feel, people are drawn to you because of your openness, your eye contact, your body language...we women respond to that. Maybe you are less that way at work or in other situations because in a strip club your big cock gives you the confidence to draw strippers and other attractive women toward you. In real life maybe you do average with women in daily life (in your words) because you are mingling with women from a similar background to your own and many of those women are looking to move up a notch (mercenary as that sounds).

Without seeing what you look like it is difficult to say what is happening with these strippers. Even seeing you would not guarantee that we would be able to make a judgment. It could be anything - maybe you look decent and safe (i.e. like you are not an axe murderer!). Maybe you smell good. Could be the dick. It could be that you look clean and like you could take care of them. Or it could just be that they want someone who is not a stripper and who is not employed in any way in the stripping scene - who knows?

In fairness I said many, not all women. And yes, many women do look to improve their lot when they hook up with a man. That is not doing women a disservice. The same is true of men. Why would people bother with relationships or marriage (or even casual sex) if they are not going to be better off/get something out of it?

I don't know of anyone who knowingly enters into an arrangement knowing they are going to be worse off!

There is nothing wrong with stripping but not every stripper does that job because they want to. Some do it because they have no choice and given the opportunity, they would jump at the chance to be doing something else. Putting Meaty's luck with these women down to confidence (and everything that stems from that) might be more palatable to you but to imagine that some people out there are not self-serving or to rule it out completely as a possibility is not living in the real world or accepting reality! Some people have a more developed sense of helping themselves and that is fine. There is nothing wrong with being self-serving. It is what makes humans survivors.
