I don't know what it means. I could hazard an obvious guess, but I'm no expert so I'll shut up.
But.. writing down dreams and thinking about them, especially before falling sleep again, is a good way to induce chapter II.

| | According to the book of dreams that I sometime reference...
The house means, (since you did not own it) you will make wise changes in your present affairs.
The man signifies that you will enjoy your life right now and may come into new possessions.
Ascending a ladder signifies prosperity and happiness.
To descend a rope in a dream brings disappointment to your most sanguine moments. Ropes in general signify perplexities and complications.
I am fascinated by dreams, I keep a little journal on my bedside table to write down as many details as I can remember. | |

Mostly what I dream about is usual tied into movies or books I have seen or read.
Some times it’s a problem I’m working on and yes the odd one and some nightmares. The last nightmare was do to the SOCAL wildfires, the one that burned within a half mile of home. I dreamed that one for weeks. :(

From what I can remember from them, most are in color.
I had one dream where I was standing next to an old musclecar hot rod and was admirning the pearl blue flake paint. It was so magical. So vivid. So real.
I think I have only had one or two sexual dreams, and that was when I was younger. I havent had any sexual dreams in a very long time.
Most of the stuff was oddball, wierd things.
More recently - I don't really dream. Or if I do, I don't remember anything from them. Usually I go to sleep, dont know anything until 5AM.
I used to have hellish dreams. Chilling, awful dreams which I would awaken bruised and on the floor.
One of the frequent dreams was where I was laying in bed and an invisible Poltergeist would rip me from it and slam me around the walls, the ceiling and throw me around, pin me to the wall where I couldnt move or breathe then slam me down back on the bed where I would wake with painful wrists, legs and arms.
There are others, but I'd rather not talk about them... Don't need to resurrect old demons.
Nude - make anything of that one?

Most of the time it alternates between a dream of me stuck back in a job or classroom I utterly hated years ago or me running to escape something chasing me.
Either that or it's just random meaningless snippets or vignettes.
Last night it was me in the most filthy and thrilling sexual encounter with Tahmoh Penikett (now that's more like it!).

Are you one of the small percentage that dreams only on black and white?
Beyond hues, do you remember your dreams? Are they usually stressful? Romantic? Arbitrary? Adventurous?
What (if anything) do you think your head is telling you about your life via your dreams? | I am not sure if I dream in black and white. An interesting corollary for me is when I think back on my childhood. The first years are all black and white. It may be due to the black and white photos and television at the time which perhaps meant at the time I only dreamt in black and white. I can visualize some recent night dreams but there's no definite color scheme in them. Neither black and white nor technicolor.

I had a dream last night that I was visiting Alabama with a girl friend of mine, looking at a new real estate development. Then we noticed a huge development across the interstate that was designed by the architect Frank Gehry, and that was all very cool. We then boarded a train and rode through the countryside but soon found ourselves surrounded by zombies. The train stopped in a tunnel that passed through the basements of houses that the zombies had already attacked...so they were full of corpses. I think I dropped a big cardboard box on a corpse. I was hoping not to be attacked by zombies...when the dream ended.
I just had to get that out.
