On any post - on the left hand side - you can conveniently do a "Gender Check" regardless of someone's sexual preference..it's tiny, but it's there.

As for a head count, I can think of at least 10 women off the top of my head that post pretty regularly.

7x6andchg: I stand corrected...DMW is right, the person has to have taken the initiative and at least told the board whether they are male or female...hardly personal information, but...in this day and age...

Well to amend my original post - most of the regular posters have done so, and it may, as stated above, be found on the left hand side of most posts.

hungitalian: Ok, ok. I realise perhaps the question was poorly worded. I'll give you that.

But still it's a valid one. I, for one, would find it useful to have a list of all the female members, for a variety of reasons. And, if they choose, they can also share their e-mail/IM information.

Anyhow, that's my five cents worth.
