Although a set of "sounds" can be quite expensive, if you are serious about this type of play you may want to invest in a set. Other than that, you may want to use a latex glove to help prevent damage to your urethra. A minute tear can occur from your finger nail no matter how well trimmed it is. I don't know, but it has got to hurt! I have a ring through my pee hole (prince albert) and I know when I take it out for sex(which is alot) I do not like the feeling of it comming out or going in. It is great when it is in, but I does tend to scare the women I meet when it is time for sex.
