I don't know an exact height for Mandingo - but he's nowhere near 5'8" or over. I was around Fred at quite a few private "gangbang" parties just as he was starting to work in adult stuff. I'm 6'3", and he seemed quite short to me. He was in great shape at the time - ripped - but short. Maybe 5'5" or maybe a little more or less. My girlfriend was taller than him (especially in heels) and she's not a tall girl at all. He has a petite build as well. Just not a big guy.
Jack Napier isn't tall either - 5'7"? Lex is one of the few that is over 6'. Peter North is on the short side too. Rocco is on the taller side - 6' or over. Ron Jeremy is really short too - and WIDE....
You always got to take into consideration how TINY the adult actresses are. I always tell the story of the first time Jenna Haze came to my house and I opened the door - I thought she was a 11 year old girl selling girl scout cookies or something...
