No...they should be free to wear what they want and not worry about pervs assaulting them. I have a wife, two daughters, two daughters-in-law, a mother, three sisters, three sisters-in-law, and (most importantly) three granddaughters. This is bullshit. Much different when women are doing things of their own free will rather than being victimized.
