although all positive arguments are on the mods side, the following action is inconsequent, since no one gave a s**t about all the nude beach videos or similar stuff.

i don't know why these dickflash videos cause such a reaction, but there must be some other reasons for the ban on this forum.

You can use the Gallery, Albums, post attachments to threads in the Show Off forum etc to share pictures of yourself. There's also the Video Chat room to allow you to chat and / or cam with others.

Nude beach videos would also appear to be covered by the criteia mentioned - "However, uploading, or linking to, material which features third parties who are unaware that they are being recorded is not permitted." If any are found / reported, they will be handled in the same way.


Many of these videos / images feature minors - publishing such is strictly against the Terms of Service here. Though this has been the case for many years, those publishing these new 'reaction' clips / images may not be aware of this rule, so it has been clarified giving specific examples of actions which are not permitted so that people do not break the ToS and hence get banned.

i really think mods should think about this one. unless it is policy..which is stupid. Ive seen videos on this site posted where people clearly did not know they were being recorded.

chatroulette is a completely different thing, however. they are willingly infront of a camera, knowing that they are recorded or not, there is a possibility they will be. I work in radio and the same FCC rule applies....if a caller calls YOU you have every right to air their voice without there complaint. The FCC basically says its common sense if you call a radio station...I think the same basic rule should apply here.

Nah I think it's cool. The mods are enforcing something. More power to ya.
