How to create text links.
If you wish to post a link on the forum, profiles etc you'll need to create a text link - meaning you can post a link but you can select the words that create the link - for instance:
this is an example. Please make sure any external websites you link to are within
the rules of LPSG.
1. Once you have the web address you wish to link to, write out your forum message and highlight the particular bit of text you wish to make into a link. Once highlighted, click on the globe and chainlink icon (example) in the message reply box. A pop-up will appear asking you to enter the URL of your link - enter the web address in full and click "OK".
2. A selection of text will appear in your reply. This is your link.
3. When you submit your post you should have text which is clickable and links to a website or image. Kinda like this, how fun!
