None that I've noticed.
Been taking 2g of L-Arginine per day on an empty stomach, and 50 mg of Zinc Gluconate with food 2 out of every 3 days (on the 3rd day I take a multivitamin instead just so I don't mess up my copper levels).
As far as sexual function goes, seems same as always. Several people were reporting that L-Arginine was giving them more frequent / firm erections. Mine seem the same, but I wasn't having any troubles in that area before so that's probably a factor :p
I haven't noticed any more ejaculate, but
I have this stupid bacterial infection on my big toe (my toenail's too wide and cuts into the side of my toe and some stupid infection is hangin out there). The infection's still there, but since I started taking the zinc it's less angry and I don't get random pains from it anymore (just when I put pressure on it).
One of the things zinc is supposed to be good for is wound healing (and conversely, websites said that an active infection can lower your zinc) so I'll probably keep taking that.
