I disagree with the above. The "staying harder longer" may help expand your penis; (likely more in the direction of girth rather than length) much in the nature of ballooning for girth I would imagine... Especially if one is masturbating/having sex/squeezing/adding pressure on the penis while at maximum E.Q.... and especially if it is done very often.
