I've seen this video before. totally fake. Theres a scene where the guys is forcing the "straight" guy to have sex with him as part of hazing, but while they are going at it, you can see the shadow of someone off camera walking in front of the light source.

All pornos have to have 'actors' names etc.. on file, if someone was filmed without their knowledge or tricked into it, then it would be illegal for it to be shown/sold...
