So I have a thing for mutual masturbation, which makes the "jacks" of great interest to me. Pretty much now NCJ worked is you go there (they are at some sort of club called Paddles, but it's just NYJ when it's there). You go in the door and pay the admission. They then have a clothes check - I forget if it's required, or just available, but essentially everyone strips completely except for shoes, and checks their clothes.
From there you can wander around and do whatever - they don't serve alcohol, but there's a few different areas. Porn plays. It seemed to me that people congregated in a couple areas, you'd end up with ~10 guys jerking off/watching each other in each area. While I think it's official courtesy to ask another guy before grabbing him and jerking him off, it's generally a non-issue.
I think NYJ had more of a mix of people than RCJ - RCJ tended to have (but was not exclusively) older guys.
I'm not too good about describing it, but I'll be happy to answer any specific questions - it was fun, though.
Side note, I'm actually visiting Seattle at the moment and went to RCJ in seattle a few days ago, and it was fun, but I think NYJ is better.
