The largest human penis on record??

Does anyone recall reading any information about the largest human penis on record? It seems to me that several years ago I read in a book that the largest ever recorded was 14" long (erect) and that it belonged to a man in South America or some such place like that.

I'm interested to learn if that record has been broken yet.

Yes, four.
Two in South America (Bolivia and Patagonia), one in Austria, and the last in Fez, Morocco.
They were all remarkable. The last one, in particular, truly walked on thunder road.

Being an admirer of the penis myself, I think it's sad how much taboo this subject is.

On a more serious note, I'm only 8 inches long, 6 inches around, but I've yet to see one bigger than me (in flesh). I'm not purposely looking for one bigger though.

Not seen one over 14", but I have seen one semi-hard that I am told is about 14" when it gets as hard as it gets. It was at least 12" in the semi-erect state, so I have no doubt it could really get to about 14" when at full erection. Anyway, that sighting confirmed for me that penises in the 14" range really do exist, though they are probably a lot more rare than the internet would lead you to believe. It is also the only penis I have ever seen in person that was definitely bigger than my own 11". (Granted, as a straight guy, I don't see that many other penises in person.)

It was in an airport restroom, 3-4 years ago now. The guy was very deliberately and obviously exhibiting his endowment to me when we were both at the urinals--NOT at my invitation, but I couldn't help but see it. It was impressive--at first I thought it was fake. He was obviously there to show off, not to pee. I walked into a restroom in a train station once and there was an old guy standing there at the urinal and he was just standing there with a big grin.
