I live in the Caribbean, and have been to Jamaica several times. Believe me, the majority of the guys there don't need to photoshop anything. In defense of the site, there are tons of videos there; and I have never seen anything from Rudejam that I believe to be photoshopped.

I have been several times in Jamaica on holiday and had many experiences with local men.
