I don't see how my asking why there seems to be an influx of stupid questions is ridiculous? If u can't figure out which questions r stupid than ur prolly the one asking them. Just look at peoples responses to such questions. It's obvious which ones r dumb. I don't wanna name them specifically cause I'm really not trying to piss anyone off specifically.

Then watch, lurk, and maybe you'll get the humor and flow of the site. Yes, the Etc forum does get a little silly at times, and yeah, in some of the other forums there are questions that seem a bit....odd. However, it's part of any other online forum/message board. You either get the sense of humor and ethos, or you don't.

One thing that's rather ill advised is coming on to a board you've just joined, and asking why there are so many stupid questions. Many people will take that as a personal attack, and you will be met with some very nasty resistance.
