I'd be stunned and surprised and SO thoroughly happy at the same time. Mind you, my mother does not curse and if she slips and says something like "shit." she will say "Pardon my language." Also, she has more than once commented upon hearng someone (especially if they are under age) say that something 'sucks', "Oh, don't say that. Do you know what that means?"
