Rough. Happened to me once about a decade ago. I fell asleep in my clothes, things shifted at night as they always do, and at about 3 am my skin was right inside of the zipper part. I just destroyed the pants so the zipper would fall apart - rather destroy a pair of pants than have them destroy my dick :P

Ouch!!! That happens when you go commando and are uncut. Several years ago I was in a hurry and got the end of my foreskin caught in my zipper. The worst part was getting it un stuck, hurt like a muther....OMG! I remember that I had a hard time getting the bleeding to stop. So now I make sure that everything is tucked away in it's place. I know it hurts but you'll live. The one or two times it's happened to me (and I've been commando since I was 14), it was worse than what I'm seeing in your pic. It's unlikely it will happen again.

My boarding school houseparent did this about 15 years ago. We came back from summer holidays to find him walking like a cowboy. We had to take him to the local hospital & he actually required a circumcision afterwards.
