I read something about this today. The [proposed?] vending machine is within the university's grounds, inside the health centre, in an area that can only be accessed by enrolled students, who are all over 18 years of age.

My understanding is that $25 is much less than most pharmacies charge for it, IF you can access it from your local store (ie, if you don't have Christian values thrust upon you, or your lack of uterus held against you.)

I think having it so accessible is not a good idea...people will misuse it or it will encourage less safer sex. It really fucks with your body/hormones for about 72hrs I've heard?
