I am a natural 7 inch girth at the base and over 6.5 mid shaft . The issue have is my current girlfriend once I get it in, She still feels pretty loose. Do you guys think gaining girth past 7 inches is dangerous or a dumb move? I have always wanted to start PE...but I am still undecided about this whole girth thing. PE is only worth doing(risk wise) if you have a average sized penis to start with.

It's far more likely you'd do damage than actually gain anything with PE. You're already Shane-Diesel levels of girthiness (that is, extremely thick even compared to guys in porn) so I wouldn't mess with anything.
If your main complaint is lack of sensation, doing PE stuff might even desensitise you, which would be the worst.

Just my personal experience here, but often the girls who I have less sensation inside of are the tight ones who get really wet.
