So I was at the urologist today and he told me due to my forskin getting to tight im going to need a circumcision. I asked about some cream I read of on the net, but according to him it only helps for children. I am devastated and dont know what to do. This was really never my idea. What else can I do?

What are you talking about? Too tight for what? In your pictures it retracts fully so what's the problem?

He's completely wrong. Not only do the steroid creams work for adults, but like others say, your pictures don't suggest anything near phimosis. What was the problem to begin with?

Do you think it feels too tight?

even though I'm a lover of cut cock, I have to agree with everyone here. You don't look to have a tight foreskin at all. My ex did and the doc just snipped his frenulum and all was good. Maybe that's what's tight and if so, you don't need a circumcision to correct it.

I agree that you need to get a second opinion about the need for a circ job. Try other means to stretching it to get rid of the tightness.

Another vote to see a second doc.
If for some reason the second opinion is also that it's too tight, there is a technique in foreskin restoration called inflation where you essentially use a balloon in combination with a restoration device to inflate a bulb inside your foreskin so that it causes the skin to grow. This might work in your case to help the skin grow outward some and loosen the tightness. You might even be able to rig something up just using the balloon and something to hold it in place.

I'm always open to receiving friendly hellos from anybody, but know that I try to limit my friends list to people I'm in regular contact with.

I have a completely different opinion. Sometimes, a chronic yeast infection will cause tiny microscopic tears in a foreskin. Circumcised guys can get yeast infections, too.
When it heals, the skin is replaced by scar tissue, which is not as elastic.
If it were me, I would treat it with some over the counter yeast medication for women.
It's about $16 US, last time I checked, but your foreskin is priceless.
If you stretch, and still have a yeast infection, it simply causes more tearing, and more tightness. Doctors often miss this.
Once any yeast infection is cleared up, simple stretching with the fingers for about 15 minutes a day, will loosen up any tightness caused by the yeast. You will be back to the way it was, in about 4-5 weeks.

+1 Nothing the matter with it. I'm guessing he recommends circumcision to all the intact guys - especially if he first mentioned "tightness". Did he seem completely, um, professional about it?
