Very Funny - at least someone has a sense of humor!
It would seem to me that you would need both a pump and extender to get gains in both length and girth. PE works because of the stretching of the little sacks that engorge with blood that turns your flacid member into a rigid one. So, these sacks need to be stretched both longitudinally for length gains (stretcher) and latitudinally for girth gains (pump). Pumping has worked great for increasing my girth, but gains length wise have been marginal at best. I have not tried an extender of the size genetics variety - just the "poor mans" version using fishing weights attached to the end of a rubber penis sheath.
Speaking of which - can anyone speak to the relative merits of weights vs. "the rack"* for length gains?
*not the formal name obviously but those devices remind me of the medieval torture device and from what I have heard inflict almost as much pain.
