Bath houses in LA

I've been thinking about going to one of the various bath houses in LA (most likely just to spectate the first time around). Anybody visited any of them? Any good ones? Ones to avoid? Based off of Yelp, I'm thinking of trying Slammer first

I HAVE NOT been to any of them in L.A. That being said, though, the Flex in Cleveland is really nice. They have a pool and a bar! I don't know if this helps.

I actually drive down to san diego and go to the vulcan just so I don't have to put up with the attitude. I have also taken the train at times when I want to "sleep" on the way back.
