A ton of GH.
Something like IGF/MGF or both used locally(and by locally I mean injections directly into the corpora cavernosa of the penis) over an extended period of time might increase size. It'd need to be done along with PE for a couple years to see results I'd imagine.

Thanks TDurden. Your article was beyond helpful. It actually held the final pieces of the research I was doing. I'm doing a gh cycle to body build and was hoping for some side effect growth without having to inject it into my shaft. :( Maybe if I one day get less patient with PE I'll try.

I'm glad someone mentioned injections, but even then you have to ask yourself: how does the GH know you want a bigger penis and not a bigger left toe? I'd advise being very careful with hormones but it's your body to experiment with as you see fit.

I would have mentioned IGF/GHRP but I didn't want to encourage the guy. I mean if you want to go around sticking your dick with needles you can use caverject which supposedly can cause cell replication from the extended period of time on the hard-on.

Of course, for cellular expansion, synthol might just work.

in 2006 I destroyed my leg playing football, got on some (doctor RX'ed) GH and I did see to gain (perhaps because of the fat loss too) quicker.

doesnt sound plausible. it doesnt care where at your body you inject GH, it will influence your whole body at the same time and same force. - otherwise bodybuilder would have to use it the same way and inject every single muscle

also, that GH will let your penis grow isnt something that will happen with a big probability... and should it really happen, a lots of other body parts will start to grow way earlier.
ears, nose, chin, hands, feet and every organ...

Not GH. That's systemic. The splice variant of GH- MGF works locally. GH is produced by the pituitary gland, the liver(and other tissues) convert it into IGF. From there, cells can further convert it into MGF, which causes myoblast proliferation(growth, basically) in both smooth and contractile muscle tissue. The theory is sound enough, but who knows if it actually works. It would take quite a while for an aggregate of cells to form and increase size. It also takes a growth impetus(in this case PE). On top of that, androgen receptors need to be activated by something stronger than testosterone. Masteron, DHT, Stanozolol, Trenbolone, etc. To make an even further impact. Then you would need to cycle off and use Proscar/Propecia(dihydrotase enzyme inhibitors) to "sensetize" the androgen receptors. Finally you would repeat this cycle, month on, month off, for at least a year, more like two. I could honestly say just by looking at the endocrinology that it could work. It'll take a couple years of dedication, but it could work.

It's comprised of smooth muscle. That's how vasodilation and vasoconstriction occur.

I'm not advocating this method; I'm just saying it makes sense on paper. Many things that make sense on paper don't translate into real world successes.
