I have to agree with southeastone as far as sucking goes. It depends on anatomy, type of jewelry and the piercing itself.

PA's with large gauge bcr's (rings) are deffinately not a favorite of mine. The jewelry is often bulky, and makes for painfull anal/vaginal, aswell as having me fear for my teeth. Usually, wearing a curved barbell will solve most of these problems. Dydoes and frenums can pose the same issues, not as easily fixable.
