Increased girth without affecting length

Hello fellow LPSG:ers.

I've already got a rather large specimen between my legs (9x6) but I would like to achieve more. The thing is, I'm rather fond of my length and I would prefer it not to increase because it's already impossible to fit the whole damn thing inside most ladies.

I do, however, looooove girth. =)

So questions are:

1. Can you truly achieve permanent penis-enlargement results?
2. Is there a way to increase my girth without increasing my length?
3. Does increased penis-size affect the hardness of the erection?
4. Can I achieve an even girth increase along the length of my penis?
