There is a price to pay when you use steroids. Erik Rhodes Gay Porn Star died last weekend at age 30 from steroid use!!!! It is not jealousy, you can get bigger without steroid use but not that BIG!!!! He has a small build so it doesn't look proportionate. He does look good but at a price of his own health, he has to eat lots of protein daily, workout at least three times a week to keep the muscle mass in the right areas and sometimes these images are photo shopped or touched up with CGI. I have a friend who can no longer go to the bathroom without a colostomy bag because of steroid abuse he is in his 30's too. It is not worth your health. Getting fit is one thing but when you use roids it is like a drug that will have to be stopped at one point or it will kill you either the heart or the liver... Sorry to vent about this. Raciel Castro does look good I give him that though.

Learn a bit more about steroids and their effect before preaching please. Eric Rhodes didn't die from just steroids. Read his blog and ALL the drugs he did on top of steroids. He was quite vocal and honest about all that he did. I do agree...abuse of steroids can be harmful, HOWEVER... the only people to die from steroid use had pre-exhisting conditions before they started and the use/abuse of the steroids enhanced that issue. *documented fact* Every bodybuilder that competes at THAT lvl has to use anabolics ...they know the risks and they accept the conseqeneces. Also, your dick does not shrink...lol *testicles yes...especially if they are dosing in large amounts without proper PCT (post cycle therapy) Sorry if you feel I attacked you in this, it wasn't my intention. I just get tired of people speaking out about something they know little about, and others will accept that as gospel. Anyway....

If you want to read more about Eric Rhodes and MUCH of what lead up to his death. Read the post about him on this forum and what I posted with the link to his blog. He was a nice guy, despite his deep issues and drug use. I knew him and he will be missed.

Once you tinker with your body chemistry you're taking a big chance. Some men have used steroids to increase muscle mass and gotten away with it, but others have suffered permanent damage to their systems. Even under careful medical supervision (which almost never happens) it would be risky.

I know about Steroids and anabolics, I am not here to argue about it, I work in the health industry (vitamin and supplements) and have seen the effects it has, and yes bodybuilders choose to use them that is fine because of the competitions they need to. Erik Rhodes suffered from depression, did drugs and also steroids. I feel bad for the guy and sorry that he died. Be happy and be fit, that is all I have to say. I don't want to get into any debates about it. OC Musclejock I admire your physique and you know what you are doing obviously it is a lifestyle and like anything can be obsessive in some.

I also know quite a bit. I have a degree in Exercise Science as well as a second in neuromuscular therapy and clinical rehab. It's all about moderation..which most do not know what that is. lol Most guys who do use, do not get the proper supervision and think that if x amount does this... more of it will do even better. What makes it worse in Erik's case was the combination of the other drugs and he was also doing growth hormone in intense amounts

To hell with what you guys are saying, this is the first time I'm hearing of Erik Rhodes. Why do all my faves die? All this year. Sledge hammer before him...shit. Just don't take my Caesar!
