When I was single I hooked up with classmates I met in the grocery store or the laundro-mat. That gave me some time to chat them up and invite them somewhere fun. Neighbors that you see pretty often are a good resource, and there seems to be plenty of ass available at the pool. I never was any good at doing women I didn't at least know, so maybe this advice won't suit you.

I think too many men have been sold on this fiction that every woman is looking for a relationship while men just want to have sex. Both men and women just want to fuck from time to time. Apart from honesty just being honorable in the first place, it's the most effective approach because:
- Both men and women are far more discriminating when looking for something serious than they are for casual sex.
- If you're upfront, so long as you're sexually compatible you'll stay on good terms. If you want a fun hookup later, she may be up for it. If you start dating someone else seriously, it's no big deal
- A FWB is a great way to meet more women. Any time a FWB ends up in a serious relationship herself, if you're still friends be prepared for her to constantly be introducing you to other friends of hers

All true, and I had a friend, the relationship turned sexual, and eventually ended up as a NSA FWB. If she was just outh there 'dating' we'd hook up once or twice a week. If she was casually seeing somebody, we'd hook up once or twice a week. It was when things got more serious that we'd back off, see see each other but only platonically. I could tell she was out of a relationship when we'd meet and she'd be begging me to ravish her.

While with my long term FWB, I wished (and asked) for her to introduce me to other women when she was off the market and unavailable to me. The vast majority of her friends were male, and the few women were already involved. Sucked for me.

I found myself single again at the age of 40 after 13 years with the second woman I ever fucked. I was pretty much incapable of 'hooking up' with someone in a bar but I was in a weird state of being fascinated by women and a pretty good talker and listener. I joined a few dating sites and hooked up with six women over the next couple of years, hardly a superstud but my how-many-women-have-you-ever-fucked count quadrupled in two years. They were all women with no profile pictures (it turned out I couldn't afford to be too fussy) and I came at most of them from the friendship angle but we ended up fucking anyway. All of them were 'relationships' though some were only for a few weeks. Three of them were up for NSA sex while they were single after we broke up. I had more and more varied sex in those two years than I'd ever had in my teens and twenties.

I met several other women online who lived too far away but invited me to travel to fuck them, I also made a great platonic friend of an older woman (5 years older than me but looked 10+) for several years.

If you can type semi coherently and don't try to get round to the subject of sex at the first opportunity, women like it. Also, getting to know someone online seems to count as a date, they were all up for fucking on the second real life date, except for one memorable woman who I spent a very fun year with, we were fucking less than an hour after actually meeting.

After my last LTR (really the first woman I ever loved, and to date one of only 2 I've ever felt that way about in 30 years, so a pretty devastating breakup) I went on OKC and literally had a different woman in my bed every morning of the week. I keep a good amount of available ladies I work with, or meet that I consider friends - if I'm in a bad bind I can always try to push it further than usual and pick one up. Otherwise, an ex girl is a good option too.

I'm not usually in a "bind" to get laid, not that I get it all the time but I enjoy (thoroughly) pleasing myself, and I'm usually in some kind of relationship / dating arrangement when I'm active sexually.

I just got out of a 7yr relationship, single at 26 is a little weird for me but everyone is saying to live it up. I always figured that gay guys got way more action than straight men. Men usually want/need sex more often than women. Women need to feel an emotional connection before having sex where guys don't. Men get turned on visually, where women get turned on emotionally. Get 2 gay guys together who want/need sex and are stimulated by what they see rather than what they feel, and viola, sex!
