Maca, HGW and Fenugreek

Hi guys, I'm looking for some advice concerning these supplements. I've read that they're good at helping to increase libido and, in some cases, the load size. So, thought I'd give them a try, got nothing to lose.

So what I'd like to know is this, how much ideally should I be looking at taking?
Also, does anyone know what would be the best source here in the UK to get them from?

L-arginine is great for making the penis hang more due to the increased blood flow, creates more semen volume and also Yohimbe. Maca, Horny Goat Weed and Fenugreek is good as well. Maca powder is sold at Latin markets with the bagged spices - mix in into milk, stir quickly and drink before it settles, because it does not dissolve well. The small amount you'd find in pill form would be a rip-off £€$.

Fenugreek powder smell like maple syrup - perhaps it gets into you, and woodland creatures will adore you. My wife loves Halva and Hummus, so I personally need to injest sesame seeds - I jest and/or digress.

Maca works. The optimal daily dose is (always!) personal, but i myself have occasionally used it through "hard" day a quite large amounts - and remember noticed that it in my case take away little of the sensitivity - but, this maybe just what someone else might be looking?
