it is possible. i have entertained uncut Lebanese Christian men. i think that they are regarded as Arabs.

If you just stick to the words, "Arabs" are only supposed to come from arabia...
It's mostly used as a generic term, but even in "arab" countries there are catholic populations (copts in egypt for example), not to mention more and more atheists.
