Does anyone else experience shrinkage while exercising? Anytime I'm working on cardio, my penis shrinks at most an inch and somewhat makes me self-conscious. Just wondering if I was the odd ball.

why?
this happens because when you workout your blood pumps to the important parts of the body such as the lungs and so fourth..
what i usually do is do a couple reps then go in private stretch it out for a couple mins. then get back on the field and keep working out.

When men enter battle, everything there..withdraws. Its the body's natural reflex. Exercising is the same, adrenaline starts to pump through your body and a natural reflex is for your body to protect reproductive organs.

There are exceptions to the rule though.

blood is drawn else where. and that's a good thing...I don't want mine flopping around getting in the way.

Haha yeah definitely. Always amazes how much it can shrink! Even after a run on a hot day I find it's tiny. And after a swim. I always give it time to return to normal before I undress to take a shower - don't want people thinking I'm tiny! And then it usually grows more than I want it to, but that's a whole different thread...

For some! I never understood the reference to "take a cold shower", because the minute I'm in/under cold water I get hard as steel. Same for cold weather; I had a hardon under my jeans all winter when I lived in Chicago.

OTOH, warm water is a guaranteed wilt. So is warm temp... I sweat and can't cum if the ambient temp is over 75. Central core shuts down.

For me, it's cold all the way! (Unfortunately, I moved to Florida.)

Yep I sometimes shrink during exercise too, even on when cycling on a hot day.

Showers (usually cold- to be expected i geuss) do it for me, terribly embarrassing / criminal haha
