I think you've succinctly laid out the reasons. Well done.

I might only add that there seems to be a perceived and actual societal pressure applied to females--that they be skinny-waisted and large-breasted. And with technological advancements, that is an ever-more-easily attainable state of being.

I would not complain. Bigger boobs are always a plus. and now there are more of them!

It's primarily linked to the increase in childhood obesity, which triggers an earlier puberty in girls. I don't think you'll see bigger boobs on average (apart from the size increase normally associated with increased levels of obesity) when they reach 25 - what you're really noticing is the percentage of fully-developed breasts at 18 shifting from ~80% or so when you were young to ~99% now. It's really a bad thing and we're expecting a huge spike in breast/ovarian/cervical cancer as a result.
