Getting larger when soft

Any tips you guys have for being larger when soft? I get up to a nice size when I'm hard, but when I'm soft I retract to just a few inches. I'd like to be able to show nicely in a set of gym shorts.

About the only thing I'm not really interested in is pumping.

yeah, PE stretches actually will probably give you better soft results than anything else.

One side effect of foreskin restoration has been just this. I'm still the same size hard, but I tend to hang much larger soft now than ever before. I used to have to dig for my soft cock in my underwear when taking a piss, now it just flops out. Fun!! :)
