Injecting liquid silicone into the penis can enlarge it very quickly and permanantly, up to 900%. Of course, if you "go too far" you will only be able to use it for peeing and will likely lose sensation in it.

Not true. His name is Mark Raymond, and although Channel 4 reported that his health problems were related to the silicone, he actually had pneumonia.

The silicone used in breast implants during the 1970's and 1980's is not the same substance that's being used today.

The breast implants that have become so notorious today were never approved by the FDA -- they were grandfathered in when the FDA began regulating medical devices in 1976 (source).

The substance used today in implants is a silicone-based polymer called polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), which Wikipedia describes as "inert, non-toxic, and non-flammable".

In fairness, I'll point out that the same Wikipedia article mentions that there are safety concerns with PDMS as well. But using the pictures you linked to dissuade someone from considering PDMS injections is misleading and unfair.
