The silicone used in breast implants during the 1970's and 1980's is not the same substance that's being used today.

The substance used today in implants is a silicone-based polymer called polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), which Wikipedia describes as "
inert, non-toxic, and non-flammable".
In fairness, I'll point out that the same Wikipedia article mentions that there are safety concerns with PDMS as well. But using the pictures you linked to dissuade someone from considering PDMS injections is misleading and unfair.
