i've always jacked every morning before work all my adult working life... it gets the juices flowing.. in or out of relationships never effected my desire ti blow a major load... as a teen and young man I would wank until I was so sore I could barely walk as the fabrics rubbed me painfully... lol so wank away thru out the day--if you want... there are a lot of worse things to be doing or adDICTed to... believe me, I see it all the time...
