Ya our justice system is pretty fucked. We throw people in jail for years for the dumbest shit, while we let violent and sexual offenders walk on probation and parole. Just look at this poor guy, he's facing 75 years behind bars for video taping police on his front yard..which is NOT illegal anywhere in the US.
