It's a real mystery, scientists have no idea about it, but they must be for something... I trimmed a lot of hair around my cock yesterday and it feals difrent... can't say if positivly difrent or bad... just difrent...
We got them for some reason, but that might be a stupid reason in these times, like nature made everything so that blond hair is less good for the survival so people with blond hair are more unconnom.

considering our ancestors were covered in hair, it's partially vestigial. there are theories that, since the hair develops with sexual development, it has to do with sexual attraction at some level. there are a lot of theories out there, take a look around the internet.

Men produce more testosterone than women. Testosterone is a precursor to developped pubic hair.
Therefore, we get more hair in those places. Also, some women tend to have lots of hair but that's genetic. (family members hairy, ie.)

I have shaved my body since I was 14. I like it clean and smooth. Fortunately I am not a "hairy assed" guy so shaving is easy.
I shaved for wrestling but just continued it. I hate body hair on me.
My muscles show better without the hair.

OK can we explain back hair then? I was barely hairy till I was about 19, my then wife used to occasionally pluck a couple of mole-hairs out of a nasty mole on my shoulder... eventually, it became a bit of a pointless exercise. I really hate being so hairy, I personally think it's gross...
