All cocks are different. I have seen thick cocks where the head is smaller than the shaft. It's called a taper. These can be easier to insert in places from what I understand. I have also seen cocks where the head was much larger than the girth of the penis. Probably tough to get this in anywhere. I have one of those that is mostly the same girth, top to bottom. I call it a battering ram. ;-)
