It's the little things that add up through the day and over the months and years. Most people gain 2-5 lbs per year and all of a sudden, 10 years later, they're 20-50 lbs heavier and their metabolism has slowed as they've aged and gotten busy living. |
She (we) pretty much base our eating on these ideas. Aside from the alcohol. I'll drink beer once in a while, she has about 1 drink every 5 or 6 years.
The next plan is to try the Volumetrics diet.
