Speaking of Bad-ass kids' shows, why couldn't I have been born in England. They had a whole bunch of cool kids' shows, like Tiswas.
I just recently saw a segment with Iron Maiden from back in 1982. I probably would have been in Heaven. They even alluded to having had Lemmy on there the previous week, and then Maiden.
/When I was but a wee lad, there was this channel that showed music videos, it wasn't MTV, 'case we didn't have cable, but it showed four videos which I remember, three which I loved, one which I couldn't stand.
The ones I loved were:
Dio, The Last in Line
Twisted Sister, We're Not Gonna Take It
Rocky Horror, The Time Warp
The one I hated was Steve Winwood's Higher Love. Song still gets on my nerves.
