Problems never arise for me. I bathe regularly. All I do is rinse, too; I don't even use soap under my foreskin. Doesn't make sense to me how guys have problems with it unless they just don't bathe.

I like being retracted some of the time, but it won't stay back. Discovered the soft felt elastic bands that girls make ponytails with.
