I've tried everything including Maca, Fenugreek, Paravol, Ejaculoid, libido supplements, lecithin, L-Arginine, and Pumpkin Seed extract. The only things that have made any noticeable difference are the L-Arginine and Pumpkin Seed extract. The Fenugreek is still inconclusive, but not looking all that promising. Even then it takes a fairly large dose and the stars aligning just right to get a significant increase. YMMV, of course.
