straight guys fooling around together?

I seem to read a lot of stuff on here about straight guys fooling around with other straight guys, whats up with that? I seem to be really interested in this and i dont know why. If you say your straight then why do you do it? is it just to get off? male companionship? just testing the fields? Fill me in. Im gay so i dont understand the whole thing, i like the whole package in a guy, not just the cock. I can see if your curious to look at them or check them out but why the touchy touchy part? Fill me in straight boys!

Really straight guys don't "fool around" with guys, but bisexual guys do.

I think a good looking bod is sexy male or female. I think the fascination with penis is they are normal covered and we men don't talk about them.

I had my profile set at 100% straight but after looking at so may dicks and have a bit of cyber fun with guys I move it to 99%.

a perfect display of 'str8' guys fooling around together...

I think at some stage the commentator mentions something about the behaviour as a ploy to attract girls..

shame on us, doomed from the start, may god have mercy, on our dirty little hearts.

shame on us, for all we have done, and all we ever were, just zeros and ones.

You ask excellent questions! Ones I used to ponder often myself.

Men who have intimate sexual contact be it oral or anal, giving or receiving are not 100% straight. I guess it's the stigma attached to being gay or bi that makes them claim straightness.

A large, pretty penis is a wonder to behold.

Straight guys don't fool around with straight guys. As soon as they do or even have a thought about doing it with another guy__ they are not straight. They need to come to terms with who they are. Otherwise they will be unhappy all their lives.

First, a lot depends on the age. A little sexual experimentation in one's teens is not unusual, and I am hesitant to start attaching sexual labels on guys that young. I don't know about you folks but I was constantly, and extremely horny at that age, at times almost beyond my ability to control it.

Second, sexual acts do not make a person straight, bi, or gay. Sexuality is about who you are. A gay man can have a night of drunken sex with a woman but that doesn't make him straight. The same goes for a straight guy who performs gay for pay porn.

Third, it is certainly true that a lot of bi men hide behind the straight label, but I think it is extremely arrogant of anyone to tell someone else what their sexuality is. Only they really know. Yes, they may, in fact, be fooling themselves.

Fourth, mere thoughts doesn't really do it either, unless they are regular and pervasive. A gay man can have a sexual thought about a woman here and there and it doesn't make him any less gay. The same goes for a straight man.

Fifth, it depends on what you mean with "fooling around". I've heard some dumb ass statements in my life. For example, two guys comparing dicks makes them gay because only gay guys want see other men's dicks. Or two guys beating off to some porn in the same room makes them gay. Or two guys who share a girl together are, at least, bi, because straight men should be uncomfortable with other straight mens' sexuality.

Great post, Hockey.

I wanted to add something based off a great conversation I had with one of the guys I affectionately call my Band of Brothers.

My friend is 34 and working on his doctorate, and I have known him for a few years. He's straight; growing up, he admitted that he was pretty homophobic for a long time. Going to school, increasing his education, and socializing and interacting with a diverse group of people allowed him to break through it. Like most people in teenage years, he had a couple of same-sex encounters as part of that natural rite, which had caused him a lot of anxiety and self-loathing until he just learned this pervasive attitude of acceptance. He doesn't dog himself for his past behavior and he allows himself to have solid emotional relationships with friends. He likes himself a lot more, and he's grateful for having done a lot of growing up -- even at 30!

What we take for granted is the idea that sexuality is a bit of an integrative trait of oneself: it involves what you like, what gets you horny, what you prefer, what you find attractive, and also what feeds your emotional and psychological sense of well-being, what provides suitable companionship, and how you put it all together.

I also think that society continues to be particularly unkind for men regarding their emotional well-being. In some places, I think guys get dogged on for being gay because they accept that they want solid (platonic) relationships with other men.

Anyway... don't let me find out one of you gay guys have even so much as a fleeting thought about a girl, 'cause I'm going to start calling you "breeder." WHAT. :)

I guess it depends on your definitions of "fooling around" and "straight" are, but sexual play between two adult males just seems gay or bisexual.

Call me crazy...
