Well - consensus in the past has been that New Members is the place it is best tolerated - of course there is no way that anyone could know this as it doesn't seem to appear in the site FAQ or in a Forum Sticky - so it's no wonder people are unaware that's what's been previously agreed for site ettiquette. And you are wrong about "a person" wanting the opinion of women on something (anything) being a women's issue - it is still "that person's" issue, not that of the women whose opinion are sought. Most of the women read all forums - we'll see the threads elsewhere.

Ooooo, get her!
No need to get all sarky. So women aren't allowed be frivolous now - unless it is about your cock, I guess.

But the women read all the fora - I repeat what I said above, wanting the opinion of women does not make it a women's issue. It makes it your issue on which you want the opinion of women, which you can just as easily get in the New Members section. If I see a thread in one of the other fora soliciting women's comments / opinions I far more often than not read it.
