Fitness advice needed

Posted 04-16-2012 at 04:46 AM by avg_shooter

Well some of you asked me about the weight-loss...so here it is how I did that:

Ive changed my meals to healthy food. (I never had meals in fastfood restaurants tough). At the morning I start with fresh fruits ..apple, kiwi, pineapple for e. g. then Im having my lunch near to my workplace ..it used to be a salad (usually a Sopska salad what contains: cucumber, tomato, olive berry, purple onion, red paprika(californian pepper), cottage cheese made out of goat milk, spices) or I take a nice tuna salad sandwitch (6 seeded baguette tuna salad, boiled egg parts, fresh ice lettuce). Then dinner at home strictly before 6 pm (after that tim Im not eating anything../maybe pussy :)/ ). Dinner is also a salad...freshly prepared radish, letttuce, cucumber, tomato, green onions, usually put some chees on the top, or mussels.

So Im eating these ...gave up with bread (especially white bread) no sweets at all. If I wanna eat snack Ill go for fresh fruits.

Now I come to a line where I need to have some workout. I would need a special trainer for the exercises.

I think Im on a good path still. And my mood is better. But it could be cause my love life has been stirred up in a good way :)

Well if any of you reading this please give me advice for the gym exercises. What should I do? I need to loose weight on my belly and on my chest (loose breasts :) )

Plsease comment what should I do...

Have a nice day!

Fat doesn't just drop off from certian places, it comes off from the entire body which is why sometimes its hard to notice when you have "problem areas".
As a personal trainer, my advice would be to do some sort of circuit training upto 3 times a week.
If possible then try to train in the morning as your body will burn fat more efficiently throughout the day :D

It's all about balance - a balanced intake, a balanced lifestyle.

Eat a variety of foods, all in moderation, and avoid highly processed foods.

Exercise out of need at first, but try to find something you can incorporate into your life as a hobby that you enjoy.

That's why diets & forced workouts often fail, in my opinion: you can only do something you dislike for so long.

You have to train your body, spirit, and mind to ENJOY how you/it feels as a result of leading a balanced life.

    Good luck!
