This morning I was the one who made the invitation for breakfast. Mostly because I was dying for a donut, but also for the company. 
It was...o.k. Just o.k. It seems like we're getting kind of bored with each other, or out of synch. My head's been out of synch with the rest of me, and she seems preoccupied with work.
I was thinking, it might be time to.... "take it up a notch," so to speak.
