Self Improvment!

Hi all,

Some of you may know me others might not.
I have been bitten by the fitness bug since realising most of my day was spent in bed or sittin in front of a PC.

I have been urged by Cigarbabe to post pics of the rapidly improving body of mine and although i was quite shy to be honest I think it might help in my motivation etc and
plus I could get some really useful tips from anyone who has done this before.

So here goes!!

PS all images will go in my gallery till i can get em in here !!

    Do a combination of H.I.I.T ( Tabata ) Interval training along with your strength training. The latter is essential!!
