OK So on Sunday I went for a long walk and then came home took a shower and went to bed. It was a tossing turning night of sleep. And I woke up with a sore back. I slept on it wrong. Just a bit of stiffness and tenderness. I thought nothing of it. Ahh it'll go away in a few days, no biggie.

This is day number FOUR and it hasn't gotten any better yet. It's actually gotten worse. Hell I can't even move 4" in any direction without a pause to allow the muscles to adjust in my back....

Im so confused. Cause the man whom Ive broke up a couple of days ago has been called me in the middle of the night. He was in tears and asking me how am I doing.
Why did he do that? I mean it was soooo good that he called me. But after we made the discuss about brokeing up...why? Does that mean I mean something to him? He doesnt wanna loose me?
