I think that the future holds some great scientific discoveries which will help those who want a large penis and much will be possible when we get a handle on Biological Nano Technology and, in that time, plastic surgery, operations and even genetic physical characteristics will be able to be changed utilizing Biological Genetic reordering. These techniques are many years off and currently in the realm of Science Fiction.
In the meantime, you will have to be satisfied with what you have or make a commitment that will keep you so busy that you will have no meaningful social life. In my mind, there is nothing sexier than a healthy, virile guy secure in his sexual identity and confident in his skills of intimate pleasure. Penis size is of little concern when you have a partner who is inclined to such pleasures but I realize that when I say this, I appear somewhat condescending in that I’m larger than most guys I’ve been with.
If I could by some magical invocation, make every guy as large as they want to be, I would do it without a second thought but only for the purpose of eliminating the stigma that many men have for being smaller than they think they should be.

There are only a couple of proven methods for increasing penis size permanently. There is a surgical method that involves cutting the penile suspensory ligament. This only adds about 1/2 inch to the length and is definitely not worth it even if you could find a surgeon willing to perform the surgery. The other method involves suspending weights from one's penis. This will increase length but takes many months of effort for a very small gain. There have been experiments involving injecting harvested fat tissue or silicone into the penis but that resulted in a lumpy penis. Vacuum pumps and cock rings result in a temporary increase in size and can be dangerous if used incorrectly. Contrary to the advertisements you see on TV and the internet, there are NO pills, chemicals, herbs or any other ingested substance that will increase penis size.
