Incredibly Conflicted...

So, lately I have, for some reason, become the fancy of a few individuals I have met recently. I personally dislike the thought that sex can be so impersonal, not really getting to know the person. On another level, however, I am really enticed by it, and I realize that the experience could be nice, since I haven't actually done anything with anyone yet.
Coinciding with the terribly stressful time that is final exams, this is also stressing me out.
Some "sagely" advice would be wonderful, I really just want to try and work through my feelings about this.

Hi S, your first sexual experiences should be personal. Don't do it with someone you don't like in other ways. I did and I regretted it. I was fed up waiting for "The One" and went ahead with the wrong one. I got over it and shortly after I met The One! The point is I was ready and able to seize the moment. Ask yourself, could I trust this person with my house keys? If the answer is no then proceed with caution until you have all the coping skills to handle being dumped or worse, bad sex!
When you know you are ready a whole world of opportunities will open up for a smart boy like you with a nice face and a big delicious looking dick. Be confident and positive. Don't let anxiety take over. Think Nerd Chic. Walk tall, you carry a big stick! Cultivate a reputation but be discreet with your partners, this isn't about Revenge of The Nerds, OK?Posted 04-23-2012 at 02:52 AM by NoH8
